HOLIDAY SCHEDULE – CANADA DAY 2020

ATTENTION – SHIPPING DEPARTMENT

The following changes will go into effect due to the July 1st holiday:

NOTE TO COOLER / FROZEN SHIPPERS:

Clark will not be held liable for perishable product quality held for more than 24 hours during the holiday scheduling.

LOWER MAINLAND SHIPPERS

Monday, June 29

  • Fort St James, Fort Nelson, Fraser Lake, and Vanderhoof – shipments will be delivered on Friday, July 3rdPlease ship to these towns on Tuesday, June 30th.
  • Mackenzie – shipments will be delivered on Thursday, July 2nd.
  • All other West and North of Prince George points – shipments will be delivered on Thursday, July 2nd.
  • Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments will be delivered on Friday, July 3rd.
  • North and East of Cranbrook, and Creston beyond points (2 day service points) – due to the July 1st holiday, only dry shipments can be shipped on this day. These shipments will deliver on Thur., July 2nd.
  • Powell River – shipments will be delivered on Tuesday, June 30th.

*Due to Wednesday’s holiday, Haida Gwaii freight must be shipped on Monday, June 29th.

 Tuesday, June 30

  • Points that receive daily overnight service – shipments will be delivered Thursday, July 2nd.
  • All West and North of Prince George points – shipments will be delivered on Friday, July 3rd.
  • Powell River – shipments will be delivered on Thursday, July 2nd.
  • Blind Bay, Celista, Chase, Merritt area, Revelstoke, Scotch Creek, Sicamous, Sorrento and Tappen – shipments will be delivered onThursday, July 2nd.
  • North and East of Cranbrook, and Creston beyond points (2 day service points) – shipments will deliver on Friday, July 3rd.his is the last shipping day this week to these points.

*Due to Wednesday being a non-shipping day, please ship to North & West of Prince George points on Monday, June 29th or Tuesday, June 30th.

  • All terminals closed.

Thursday, July 2

  • Normal schedule resumes.

Monday, June 29

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols. Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. will greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels.  Where our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement.  We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working with us to minimize the impact of holiday uncertainties.
