Wednesday, August 31
- All major West of Prince George points – Last shipping day prior to the September 5th holiday. Next shipping day is Tuesday, September 6th.
- North of Prince George – Last shipping day prior to the September 5th holiday. Next shipping day is Wednesday, September 7th.
- Williams Lake – Last shipping day prior to the September 5th No Saturday delivery will be made. Next shipping day will be Wednesday, September 7th.

- Points that receive daily overnight service should be delivered Saturday, September 3rd. Please confirm that Saturday service is an available service day.
- Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments including perishables should be delivered Tuesday, September 6th.
- All major West of Prince George points – shipments should be delivered Tuesday, September 6th.
- All major East of Prince George points – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Tuesday, August 30th or Tuesday, September 6th.
- Metchosin and Sooke – Last shipping day for this point to deliver prior to the September 5th holiday. Next shipping day will be Friday, September 9th.
- Alert Bay – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Wednesday, September 7th. to deliver Friday September 2 Next shipping day will be Wednesday, September 7th.

- Clark’s Coquitlam terminal will be closed. All other Clark terminals will be delivering freight only and no pickups will be done.
Monday, September 5
- All terminals closed.
Tuesday, September 6
- Normal schedule resumes.
- Fort Nelson – This shipping day is cancelled and there will be no shipping day to Fort Nelson the week of September 5th. Please ship on Monday, August 29th to deliver Thursday, September 1st.
- Pemberton – shipments should be delivered Wednesday, September 7th. . No deliveries will be done in this area on Thursday, September 8th.
- Powell River – Shipments should deliver Wednesday, September 7th.
- Cawston and Keremeos – Shipments should deliver Wednesday, September 7th.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols. Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. should greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels. Where our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working with us to minimize the impact of holiday uncertainties.
