The following changes will go into effect due to the October 11th holiday:
NOTE TO COOLER / FROZEN SHIPPERS:
Clark will not be held liable for perishable product quality held for more than 24 hours during the holiday scheduling.
LOWER MAINLAND SHIPPERS
Friday October 8
- Points that receive daily overnight service will be delivered Saturday, October 9th.
- Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments including perishables will be delivered Tues., October 12th.
- Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John and Mackenzie – shipments will be delivered on Wednesday, October 13th.
- Fort Nelson – shipments will be delivered on Thursday, October 14th. Please note that due to the Stat Holiday, our Monday, October 11th shipping day to Fort Nelson is cancelled and there will be no shipping to Fort Nelson the week of October 11th.
- All major West of Prince George points – shipments will be delivered Tuesday, October 12th.
- Blind Bay, Celista, Chase, Merritt area, Scotch Creek, Sorrento and Tappen – shipments will be delivered on Saturday October 9th. No deliveries will be done in this area on Tuesday, October 12th or Wednesday, October 13th.
Saturday October 9
- Clark’s Coquitlam terminal will be closed. All other Clark terminals will be delivering freight only and no pickups will be done.
Monday, October 11
- All terminals closed.
Tuesday, October 12
- Normal schedule resumes.
- Sooke and Metchosin – Monday shipping is cancelled. Please ship Tuesday, October 12th for next day delivery.
- Fort Nelson – due to the Stat Holiday, this shipping day is cancelled and there will be no shipping day to Fort Nelson the week of October 11
- Powell River – Monday shipping is cancelled. You can ship Tuesday October 12th for next day delivery.
- Pemberton – shipments will be delivered Wednesday, October 13th. No deliveries will be done in this area on Thursday, October 14th.
- Sicamous and Revelstoke – shipments will be delivered Wednesday, October 13th. No deliveries will be made in this area on Thursday, October 14th or Friday, October 15th.
Wednesday, October 13
- Powell River – Wednesday shipping is cancelled. Please ship on Tuesday October 12th or Thursday, October 14th for next day delivery.
- Pemberton – the shipping day to Pemberton is cancelled. Please ship on Tuesday, October 12th or Thursday, October 14th
Thursday, October 14
- Powell River – shipments will be delivered Friday, October 15th.
OKANAGAN SHIPPERS
Friday October 8
- Points that receive daily overnight service will be delivered Saturday October 9th.
- All major West of Prince George & Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments including perishables will be delivered Tuesday, October 12th.
- Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John and Mackenzie – shipments will be delivered Wednesday, October 13th.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols. Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. will greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels. Where our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working with us to minimize the impact of holiday uncertainties.
