We have updated our Web Services site to be compatible with Chrome version 51. We thank you for your patience in this matter. To ensure you are able to print BOLs from the website please follow the following steps. Screenshots are attached below for clarification.
1. Update Google Chrome browser to version 51. To do this open your Chrome browser and navigate to chrome://help and install any updates.
2. Enable “Chrome PDF Viewer Plugin.” To do this navigate to chrome://plugins and make sure “Chrome PDF Viewer” is enabled.
3. Restart your browser.
