Please be advised that a recent update to Firefox has caused Web Services users to experience an error in which they are unable to download PDFs from the website. Only Firefox version 33 and higher is causing this issue. If you are using this version please try a different browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, or revert to version 32 of Firefox, while we work on deploying a solution.
