HOLIDAY SCHEDULE – FAMILY DAY 2022
ATTENTION – SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
The following changes will go into effect due to the February 21st holiday:
NOTE TO COOLER / FROZEN SHIPPERS:
Clark will not be held liable for perishable product quality held for more than 24 hours during the holiday scheduling.
LOWER MAINLAND SHIPPERS
Friday, February 18
- Points that receive daily overnight service should be delivered Saturday, February 19th.
- Please note there will be a delay in shipments that pick-up on Friday to deliver Monday.
- Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – Shipments including perishables should be delivered Tuesday, February 22nd.
- Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John and Mackenzie – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Wednesday, February 16th or Wednesday, February 23rd for a 2 day transit.
- Fort Nelson – Shipments should be delivered on Thursday, February 24th. Please note that due to the Stat Holiday, our Monday, February 21st shipping day to Fort Nelson is cancelled and there will be no shipping to Fort Nelson the week of February 21st.
- All West of Prince George points – Shipments should be delivered Tuesday, February 22nd.
- Blind Bay, Celista, Chase, Merritt area, Scotch Creek, Sorrento and Tappen – Shipments should be delivered on Saturday, February 19th. No deliveries will be done in this area on Tuesday, February 22nd or Wednesday, February 23rd.
Saturday, February 19
- Clark’s Coquitlam terminal will be closed. All other Clark terminals will be delivering freight only and no pickups will be done.
Monday, February 21
- All terminals closed.
Tuesday, February 22
- Normal schedule resumes.
- Fort Nelson – Due to the Stat Holiday, this shipping day is cancelled and there will no shipping day to Fort Nelson the week of February 21st. Please ship on Friday, February 18th.
- Powell River –Monday shipping is cancelled. You can ship on Tuesday, February 22nd for next day delivery.
- Pemberton – Monday shipping is cancelled. You can ship on Tuesday, February 22nd for next day delivery.
- Sicamous and Revelstoke – Monday shipping is cancelled. Shipping day will be Wednesday, February 23rd or Friday, February 25th to deliver next day.
- Cawston/Keremeos – Monday shipping day is cancelled. You can ship on Tuesday, February 22nd or Thursday, February 24th for next day delivery.
- Sooke & Metchosin – Monday shipping is cancelled. Please ship on Tuesday, February 22nd or Thursday, February 24th for next day delivery.
- Tofino & Ucluelet – Monday shipping is cancelled. Only shipping day will be on Wednesday, February 23rd to deliver Friday, February 25th.
- 100 Mile House & Surrounding areas – Monday shipping day is cancelled. You can ship on Tuesday, February 22nd or Thursday, February 23rd for next day delivery.
- Quesnel – Tuesday shipping day is cancelled. You can ship on Wednesday, February 23rd or Friday, February 18th for next day delivery.
Wednesday, February 23
- Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John and Mackenzie – Monday shipping is cancelled. This is the only shipping day into the Dawson Creek area this week. Shipments should deliver Friday, February 25th.
- Powell River – Shipping day is cancelled. Please ship on Tuesday, February 22nd or Thursday, February 24th for next day delivery.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols. Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. will greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels. Where our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working with us to minimize the impact of holiday uncertainties.
