ATTENTION – SHIPPING DEPARTMENTS

We appreciate the efforts of our customers in making the holiday logistics as seamless as possible. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can make it difficult to maintain regular shipping protocols.
Please understand that your help in maintaining regular pickup times and/or scheduling heavier-than-usual volumes for early pickup, etc. will greatly improve our ability to maintain service levels. While our facilities may be indicated as “CLOSED” on our holiday schedule, special services may be available by prior arrangement.
The following changes will go into effect due to the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays:
Friday, December 18: Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments will be delivered on Monday, December 21st. This will be the last shipping day for Haida Gwaii for delivery prior to the Christmas Day and Boxing Day holidays.
* Due to the holidays, Haida Gwaii will have their Friday, December 25th delivery date cancelled. Please ship to Haida Gwaii on Friday, December 18th or Wednesday, December 23rd.
Tuesday, December 22: North of Prince George – shipments will be delivered on Wednesday, December 23rd. This will be the last shipping day to these points for delivery prior to the Christmas and Boxing Day holidays.
Points that receive daily overnight service – shipments will be delivered Wednesday, December 23rd. This will be the last shipping day to the Greater Vancouver area for delivery prior to the Christmas Day and Boxing Day holidays.
Wednesday, December 23: Please see above note regarding cooler/frozen shipments
Points that receive daily overnight service – shipments will be delivered Thursday, December 24th. Please ship to the Greater Vancouver area on Tuesday, December 22nd.
West of Prince George – shipments will deliver on Thursday, December 24th.
Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments will be delivered on Monday, December 28th.
Thursday, December 24: The Prince George depot will be open for deliveries only. No pickups will be made.
Friday, December 25 All terminals closed.
Saturday, December 26 All terminals closed.
Monday, December 28 Normal shipping schedule resumes.
Tuesday, December 29 North of Prince George – shipments will be delivered on Wednesday, December 30th. This will be the last shipping day for these points for delivery prior to the New Year’s Day holiday.
* Due to the holiday, Haida Gwaii will have their Friday, January 1st delivery date cancelled. Please ship to Haida Gwaii on Wednesday, December 23rd or Thursday, December 31st.
Wednesday, December 30 Points that receive daily overnight service – shipments will be delivered Thursday, December 31st.
Thursday, December 31 Points that receive daily overnight service – shipments will be delivered Saturday, January 2nd.
Smithers and Terrace – shipments will deliver on Saturday, January 2nd.
All North and West of Prince George points – shipments will be delivered on Monday, January 4th.
Haida Gwaii (Q.C. Islands) – shipments will be delivered on Monday, January 4th.
Friday, January 1 All terminals closed.
Monday, January 4 Normal shipping schedule resumes.
